Liam Parker

Liam joined the Flatiron Institute as a predoctoral research analyst in 2023. His research focuses on the applications of deep learning in physics and astrophysics. Presently, he focuses on (1) developing transformer-based models for physical systems and (2) simulation-based inference of galaxy clustering. He received his B.S. in physics magna cum laude from Princeton University prior to starting at the Flatiron Institute. Outside of work, Liam enjoys mountaineering, drawing, fingerstyle guitar, and hiking.
